Nelson Rugby Football Club Logo and Merchandise Policy

Requests for merchandise: Contact Steve Gargiulo 03 547 3080 to order merchandise at the club bar. Alternatively, you can email requests to the Nelson Rugby Football Club at nrfcsecretary@gmail.com

Note minimum of a two week turnaround for individual orders. Most merchandise is available from the bar at the clubrooms.

Storage of surplus merchandise: All surplus merchandise will be locked in clubrooms and accessed by Steve Gargiulo or appointed club personnel only.

Use of NRFC Logo: Use of NRFC logo for merchandise not mandated by the NRFC committee must be approved by the NRFC committee. Only Jud Hadfield has authority to order merchandise from NRFC preffered provider.

NRFC policy with regard to club logo, video or photo images.
NRFC recognises the need to ensure the welfare and privacy of all people in NRFC activities. As part of our commitment, we will do not permit unauthorised photographs, video or other images of players to be taken without consent.

NRFC will take steps to ensure images are used for the purpose they are intended, which is the promotion and celebration of the activities of the club.

If you become aware that these images are being used inappropriately you should inform the NRFC committee at 5481349.

If at any time the parent or guardian of the young person wishes the data to be removed from the website, the NRFC Webmaster should be informed.
